We are thrilled to introduce drummer Austin Wright and keyboardist Nathan Williamson to the Tell Ripley lineup!
Austin joins us on kit after a decade of shows with Queso the Mondays, Fritz & Co., and Anthony Wayne Vibe. He’s passionate, skilled, inventive, and hilarious, and we can’t wait to play shows together! We also recommend checking out his tasty experimental electronic grooves project Deepfake on SoundCloud, or follow along @deepfake_fm.
Nathan rounds out the Tell Ripley lineup as the full band’s first keyboardist. A concert pianist at UT-Martin, Nathan elevates the band’s polish on piano while also brightening the mood with his fun synth textures and pop sensibility. Not only does he have a superb voice and the best hair in the band, but you’ll notice quickly he’s an outstanding hang. We can’t wait for you to meet him!
Lastly, we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our friend Zach Resha for an awesome year and a half stint as our drummer. Though we were sad to say goodbye in April, we are truly excited for him and his next chapter of life pursuits away from music. He was Tell Ripley’s first live drummer, and though we miss playing with him, he will always be our friend.
Hi everyone, Andrew here. I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce I’m playing four Tell Ripley acoustic shows this fall with Mike Mains & the Branches! Join us in Charlotte, Spartanburg, Dahlonega, and Tuscaloosa this November. You can get tickets at MikeMainsMusic.com. Hope to see you there!
